Points of contact

How to reach us

This page publishes the points of contact required by Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act: one for people who use the platform and one for authorities. Both reach contact@rezolvio.ro, and a person reads what arrives.

1. If you use REZOLVIO

Write to the address below. It is the single point of contact required by Article 12, and it is read by a person — not a bot, not an automated form. If you already have an account you can also write from inside it, and the message lands in the same mailbox; either way is yours to choose.

contact@rezolvio.ro

We do not require a particular channel, and we do not put an automated assistant between you and us. We answer as quickly as we can.

2. If you are an authority

The same address is the single point of contact required by Article 11 for direct communication, by electronic means, with Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services.

contact@rezolvio.ro

The languages you may use with us
Romanian and English. Romanian is the official language of the Member State of our main establishment; English is the broadly understood language we accept in addition, under Article 11(3).

An order from an authority is treated as one, not as ordinary mail. Articles 11 and 12 do not require separate addresses — each requires a single point of contact, published and reachable — and we use one address for both and say so plainly.

3. Supervision

The Digital Services Coordinator for Romania is Autoritatea Națională pentru Administrare și Reglementare în Comunicații (ANCOM), designated by Legea nr. 50/2024.

Str. Delea Nouă nr. 2, Bucureşti 3, 030925, România
ancom@ancom.ro

If you disagree with a decision of ours, you may bring the matter before the competent courts in Romania, or lodge a complaint with the Digital Services Coordinator of the Member State where you reside — not necessarily Romania’s. Article 53 gives you that choice.

4. What this page is not

If you want to report content you believe is illegal, use the dedicated form: you need no account, and a form keeps the elements Article 16 requires for a notice to be complete. An email does not. And the rules we apply when we moderate content are published separately.
