How we moderate content
This page is part of the REZOLVIO terms and conditions. It explains what content we may restrict, on what ground, who decides, and what you can do if you disagree. It is the information required by Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act.

1. What content can be restricted
On REZOLVIO the content comes from users: the photographs in a professional’s gallery, service descriptions, reviews, replies to reviews, and profile details. We may restrict any of them. Below are all the measures our system is able to record — not a selection from them.
- Deleting the content
- Hiding the content without deleting it
- Reducing the visibility of the content
- Suspending payments to the provider
- Suspending the service temporarily
- Ending the service
- Suspending the account temporarily
- Closing the account
2. On what ground
There are exactly two grounds. We do not restrict content because we dislike it, and a decision must name the clause or provision relied on and explain why the content offends it. A citation without an explanation is not a reasoned decision, and our database refuses one.
- Illegal content — contrary to Union law or Romanian law
- Content incompatible with our terms and conditions
3. What triggers a review
Every photograph a professional uploads is reviewed before it can appear on a public page. Beyond that, anyone — with or without an account — can report content, and an authority can order a measure.
- Our own review, before publication or afterwards
- A notice received under Article 16
- An order from a judicial or administrative authority
4. Who decides, and whether we use automated systems
Moderation decisions are taken by a person. We use no automated decision-making and no automated content-detection tools. No restriction on this platform has been or is decided by an algorithm. If that changes, this page changes the same day, and every affected decision will say explicitly that automated means were used, and which.
5. What you get if we restrict something of yours
You get a statement of reasons, in your own language, carrying: the measure taken, its territorial scope and its duration; the facts we relied on and what triggered the review; whether automated means were used; the legal or contractual ground and why the content offends it; and the redress available. You find it in your account and you also receive it by email. This is Article 17 of the Regulation.
6. What you can do if you disagree
You can ask us to re-examine the decision by writing to contact@rezolvio.ro and quoting its reference. We will re-examine it and tell you the outcome. You may at any time bring the matter before the competent courts in Romania, or lodge a complaint with the Digital Services Coordinator of the Member State where you reside (Article 53 of the Regulation).
We say plainly what we do not have: we do not operate an internal complaint-handling system within the meaning of Article 20, and we have not engaged an out-of-court dispute settlement body within the meaning of Article 21. Both articles sit in Chapter III Section 3, from which Article 19(1) exempts micro enterprises. The re-examination we offer is exactly what it is — a re-examination on request — and we do not present it as anything else.
7. How we apply these rules
We apply and enforce these restrictions in a diligent, objective and proportionate manner, with due regard to the rights and legitimate interests of all parties involved, including the fundamental right to freedom of expression and information. That is the obligation in Article 14(4), and it is also how we prefer to work.
8. Minors
The service is not directed at minors and, to our knowledge, is not predominantly used by them; opening an account presupposes the capacity to contract. Article 14(3) therefore does not apply.
